About:
Time travel to the year 1937 and meet first lady Mrs. Franklin D. Roosevelt during her husband’s second term as President of the United States. During the 1920s & 1930s, Eleanor Roosevelt worked to advance minimum wage, maximum hours, laws against child labor, women's rights, women's representation in government, world peace, civil rights, labor rights, and other progressive causes now unfolding in the New Deal.

What early experiences led her to be a dedicated and compassionate force during one of our country’s most challenging social and economic times?

Written & portrayed by acclaimed living history scholar Susan Marie Frontczak, hear Eleanor’s insightful perspectives on how we can each make a difference in a strife-filled world – views as relevant today as they were 77 years ago.
